The operator clamps the bag with the help of a foot switch. 95 % of the material is feed by fast feed and the balance automatically by dribble feed for accuracy Once the weight is achieved the pneumatic gates close and with a slight delay the filled bag automatically clamps and falls on to the floor or running conveyor for stitching.
